As you are aware by now, we are planning to have our 30 Year Reunion on Sunday 8th of August 2010

at Tangerine Beach Hotel, Kalutara.

PREVIOUS NIGHT: For those of you who would like to stay overnight on Saturday, we have
made arrangements with the hotel management for the following rates.

Rs. 9,750/= net - per Single Room - Per Day - Full Board Basis

Rs. 10,750/- net - per DBL Room - per Day - Full Board Basis

Rs. 13,000/- net - per TPL Room - per Day - Full Board Basis

Children under 4 years of age (bed sharing with parents) at no extra cost. Children between 4 -

12 years of age @ Rs. 1,750/= per child (Bed Sharing with parents). Extra Bed @ Rs.500/= net

Mahendra has kindly organized a 'Peduru Party' on the Saturday night at the hotel from 7pm

onwards. Cocktails will be provided. All are welcome, whether you are staying overnight at the

hotel or not!

DAY OUTING : Rs. 1,900/= net per person (discounted rate) for those who are not staying

overnight. Including recreation facilities at the Cricket Ground for the morning session from 09.00 am to

01.00 pm with a BAR where corkage for spirits will be waived off but beer and soft drinks to

be purchased at discounted rate from the hotel, to be paid individually.

A sumptuous Buffet Lunch will be served at the Banquet Hall. An Ice Coffee will be served

with a piece of cake, prior to departure.

We would like to get a head count for Sunday in advance, so that we could be more organized.

As such please let us know if you are going to be there, and how many of your family are

attending the reunion, it would make life easier! Please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the

event.
